Our beloved President, Donna Richison, passed away on January 5th, 2022. She gave all of herself, not only to our wonderful organization, but in everything she did. On Wednesdays, Donna would work the food line to help those get the food they needed to survive for the week. And on Saturdays would deliver food care packages for those who were disabled/unable to leave their house to make the Wednesday food drives.
Donna was the very best of all of us!!! She gave of herself to help those in need, selflessly. Donna did so without the need to make posts on social media looking for ‘pats on the back’ and props. Donna would give you the coat off her back, the shoes off her feet, drive you to your house to make sure you got back home safely and then make you a super yummy dinner once back home! That’s just the type of person she was! All without ever seeking credit or praise. We are absolutely heartbroken. We have lost a Dear One.
